Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Order placed before noon on weekdays will ship out the same day. All other packages are dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped, with tracking and drop-off without signature.  Default delivery method is USPS first Class mail. Choose an alternate delivery method during checkout if you need your package within 1 or 2 days. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online. If you would like to purchase insurance , please contact us before submitting the order or add a note to the order.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

* The dispatch time changes for items that need customization, e.g. customized blouse stitching for saris, we need 4 business days. If dispatch time exceeds 5 business days we will inform you of the delay.

Returns and exchange

- Item must be in original condition to be eligible for returns or exchange.

- Buyer is responsible for return postage for returns and exchange.

- We pay for shipping cost on exchanged item.

- After receiving your clothing if you do not like it, you have 7 days after delivery to notify us and 30 days to ship the dress with tracking information. 

- You are not required to add insurance, but please do add tracking information. 

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

All orders are processed and shipped within one working day after payment has been received. We will update the tracking number in the order as soon as it is shipped. Most products are shipped using USPS priority mail and will be received in 5 working days.

I haven't received my order. How can I locate my shipment?

How Do I Track my Order ?
You will receive updates regarding the status of your order, including a notification when it ships, at the email address you provided when ordering.
To access your order history, SIGN IN to your account.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order history. You may request information via email or by calling +1 281 975 7595. Please have your order confirmation number handy so we may respond more quickly and accurately.
