When can I expect my order to be delivered?
All orders are processed and shipped within one working day after payment has been received. We will update the tracking number in the order as soon as it is shipped. Most products are shipped using USPS priority mail and will be received in 1 week.
I haven't received my order. How can I locate my shipment?

How Do I Track my Order ?
You will receive updates regarding the status of your order, including a notification when it ships, at the email address you provided when ordering.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order history. You may request information via email or by calling 1-(888) 762 7182. Please have your order confirmation number handy so we may respond more quickly and accurately.
What size of clothing should I buy?
For clothing for all family members, the general rule of thumb is to buy a clothing that  measures chest size + 4 inches. The additional 4 inches are needed for  garment to fit comfortably. For some dresses there maybe exception and those dresses have fabrics that are expandable or have a zip on the side. When in doubt please call us.
What is the return and exchange policy ?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after purchase. Returns for customized items will not be accepted. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package - returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
