We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for locations outside of 48 states will be calculated at checkout. We offer discounted shipping for all orders.

All our orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. A tracking number is emailed as soon as orders are shipping

If you wish to expedite your order, please choose a faster shipping method. Orders placed before 5PM Central are shipping the same business day. You can avail of our discounted shipping rates for expedited shipping.

All orders within 48 states are delivered within 5 working days.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and International order delivery times will depend on the type of service selected during checkout.

Updates regarding the status of your order, including a notification when it ships, are sent to the email address provided when ordering.
To access your order history, sign in to your account.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order history. You may request information via email or by calling 1- 281 975 7595. Please have your order confirmation number handy so we may respond quickly and accurately.

We offer our customers many methods of payment including credit cards. Paypal and ExpressPay may be used when you don't wish to use your credit card for payments.

For all styles readily available on our store, we allow 30 days for return. A returns Authorization Number must be obtained before shipping the items back to us. If you wish to exchange the item, note down the item url and send to us via email. We pay shipping for exchanged items.

For customized items, you have 2 days to report any issues with the order and 2 weeks to return the item to us.

Customers are expected to pay for return shipping. If you do not wish to pay return shipping, please call us and we will work out a mutually acceptable resolution.

In each category, on the upper left side, you will find a filter bar for sizes and prices. You can filter for the size of your choice from there.

Almost all of our styles can be ordered in any size. Send us a message via the "Contact Us" page on the bottom of the home page https://chirosbyjigyasa.com and we will respond with instructions for advance orders.

Tracking information for all orders are emailed as soon as the order ships. However if you have not received the tracking information, please send an email with your order number to support@chirosbyjigyasa.com or call us on 281 975 7595.and we will promptly send tracking information.

For clothing for all family members, please refer to the size chart included on every product page. When in doubt, please send us a message in the chat with you contact details and we will reach out at the earliest.

If you wish to return clothing due to sizing issues, please follow the returns process mentioned earlier in this FAQ section.

Most of our styles are way heavier in real life than they appear in the pictures. And we add new styles frequently. If you have a special requirement, please reach out to us on +1 281 975 7595 and we will suggest additional styles for special orders.

We have clothing that is ready to wear, meaning you don't need stitch them before wearing. The only exception are saree blouses which we offer in un-stitched versions for those with special sizes or needs. These are marked with size "AllSizes". We provide custom tailored pieces for those sari blouses.

Almost all of our clothing that is shown sleeveless has fabric for sleeves which can be attached on request. We need an additional business day for attaching sleeves. Orders with any type of customizing have 50% restocking fees.

All of our sarees can be custom made into 1 minute sari for a nominal cost. This means that it is stitched to your size so that it can be draped within seconds. Please send us a message in the notes section during checkout and we will provide details.

Most of our clothing is pre-stitched with the exception of blouse pieces atatched to sarees. Some of those are left unstitched, so the buyer can choose the style they want to have the blouse stitched in.

We take bridal/groom wear orders after personal consultations. We will send images of our styles that are popular at the time and the buyers can select or can place orders for styles they have chosen on their own.

We work with you to design bridesmaid and groomsmen styles. We request that you reach out to us 8-12 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for designing and creating the styles.

We have special pricing for all Bulk orders and each item has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders.

For Bridesmaid/Groomsmen and other large orders, we will work with you to give you the best possible price on styles of your choosing.

All our styles are made in house and we only use the highest quality of fabrics in our clothing. Our custom clothing fits most people without any alterations. We also include additional margins on the sides for all of our custom styles exception being kids clothing.

The pictures of our clothing on the website are very attractive, but when you receive it in real life its even better.
